This small office building built on a vacant commercial lot surrounded by small homes, was designed to sensitively fit into the neighborhood, keeping in mind the scale, architectural style and color scheme. The building houses two offices, one accessed from D Street and the other from the alley in the rear. The rear office is a mixed use living unit and office space.
