This project is located on a 23 acre site in the beautiful grasslands of Ramona. The small 1400 s.f. custom house with loft will have a covered front porch for taking in the magnificent sunsets to the west and a full wrap around porch to view the vast meadows and Laguna Mountain range to the east. The project includes a new 3280 s.f. custom barn with 1920 s.f. of covered horse stalls.
