Fastiggi Residence
The Fastiggi home is built with genuine brick veneer, stucco, heavy timber post and beams and a concrete roof. The plan was designed to fit on the previous graded pad of the structure lost in the Witch Creek Firestorm. Mr Fastiggi, originally from New York, was interested in a home with feel of permanence and longevity and the use of brick was a familiar material used often on the east coast.
Great Room The Great Room with it’s steep pitched ceiling and large view window, is open to the kitchen and dining area and looks out over the valley and the Laguna Mountain range to the east. It boasts heavy timber trusses with cedar tongue and groove, dramatic craftsman lighting, ceiling fans and travertine flooring. The Great Room also has a brick fireplace and centralized built-in entertainment center for stereo and flat screen t.v.

The Kitchen has all built in appliances, granite countertops, full height tile backsplash and a large island with wine storage. The window at the sink takes advantage of the beautiful view of the mountains to the east.
