Hidden Valley Ranch is
an existing “16 resident” facility for the care and treatment of patients
with brain injuries. It is located on a 25 acre site in Ramona, CA. The new
project proposes to add two 5,000 s.f. custom “14 resident” homes, one
8-unit apartment building for less severely challenged patients and a
gymnasium/office building. These buildings will be nestled into the rolling
topography of the land and surrounded by the existing avocado grove, with
sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. |
