This new building will house the processing of recyclables, including plastics, glass and paper products. The building design enables vehicles to pull right into the drop off bays where their items will be unloaded, weighed and processed. This layout will keep the unsightly materials from being stored in open view of the scenic Highway 78 corridor which runs nearby and through Ramona.

The Taylor Residence is an existing 3255 s.f. single-family home, located in Ramona, California just east of Mt. Woodson. The proposed work includes the addition of 1269 s.f. of living space as well as 546 s.f. of wine cellar and storage space. The entire home will be remodeled with 4 x 8 exposed rafter tails, authentic two piece clay Spanish roofing tile, outriggers at open end gables and decorative concrete trim at all windows and doors.
