This
project has an art deco theme, with durable
stucco, metal, and split-faced block materials.
The office spaces are
accessed from the east, and the apartment at the rear of the building has
its own separate entrance. The north
elevation abuts an
existing adjacent building on the side yard property line. |

Site Plan
Designing a 3,000 square
foot building with the required parking and landscape areas on such a narrow
lot—only 50 feet wide—proved to be a challenge. |
