Big Apple Bagels Main Street Ramona, California 4,500 s.f. New Construction Located in the heart of Ramona, this building houses the main tenant, Big Apple Bagels, and has an additional three lease spaces. Rendering
The Pott Belly Shop Ramona, California One Building: 4,000 s.f. New Construction Architecture and Interior Design Located at the corner of 9th and Main Street in Ramona, the Pott Belly Shop houses a retail shop for pot belly stoves and prefabricated fireplaces. Floor Plan and Photos	The design of the Pott Belly Shop blends with the existing turn-of-the-century western architecture of Ramona's “Old Town” District.
Daniel's West Ramona, California Remodel/Facelift Before and After Photos	The original building was redesigned to appear as a western saloon, reminiscent of an older, rural Ramona.
Sears Franchise Main Street Ramona, California Owned by a local Ramona family, this Sears franchise is a new 8,000 s.f. facility. During the grand opening celebration, Sears’ corporate manager proclaimed this project, “the nicest small town Sears in America.” More Photos	What's so unusual about this Sears? Ramona Plaza Office & Retail Building 1140 Main Street Ramona, California 16,000 s.f. New Construction Ramona Plaza is a two-story office & retail building located in the heart of Ramona, California. More Photos This building houses Packard's Pluss Espresso Café, whose interiors were designed by Wylie Architecture Planning Interior Design. Burch Business Park Maple Street Ramona, California Three Buildings: 34,500 s.f. New Construction More Photos and Interior Design	The height of this industrial space is scaled down with control joints, recessed banding and colorful metal awnings, all elements affordable and within the prescribed construction budget.
Muers Office Building Ramona, California 1,200 s.f. New Construction This small office building built on a vacant commercial lot surrounded by small homes, was designed to sensitively fit into the neighborhood, keeping in mind the scale, architectural style and color scheme. Rendering	The interior plan includes two 600 s.f. leasable office spaces with additional attic storage.

Duplex for Ranch Employees 18,000 s.f. 36-Stall Barn New Construction Photo and Floor Plans	North Arabians is a state-of-the-art breeding farm on 350 acres in Ramona, California. The ranch style office, with its full wraparound porch and natural stone veneer, compliments the adjacent barn and covered arena.
‘B’ Street Express Carwash Ramona, California 3,500 s.f. New Construction Photos, Elevation, and Floor Plan	The color palette, textural stucco, and split faced block help this project fit into a neighborhood of both commercial and residential properties.
Maple Street Industrial Park Maple Street Ramona, California 31,500 s.f. New Construction Construction Photos and Site Plan	To give this pre-engineered metal building a more upscale feeling, the front offices were enhanced with lowered roofs, block columns, and wood beams.
