This Santa Fe style home has breathtaking easterly views of the San Vicente Golf Course and the Laguna Mountain Range.  The site was literally a hill of solid rock, which posed many design challenges including the requirement to meet local fire and rescue accessibility requirements.

Southwestern details include vegas, canales and a custom wood front door with speak-easy.
With the limited size of the buildable pad, a second level game/exercise room and rooftop patio were incorporated.
Rain Chains guide the water runoff from the roof to copper catch basins.
The fully covered rear patio adds protection from sun and rain while enjoying views of the San Vicente Golf Course and the Laguna Mountains beyond.  An exterior stairway leading to the roof patio, wraps around the Kiva fireplace.
